Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client and hirify.global offices. Client-facing travel is required as needed.

What you will do

• Work with project leadership to define project scope and develop project approaches.
• Lead project task execution, organize project data, and coordinate team meetings.
• Conduct issue analysis and develop hypotheses on key client challenges.
• Design and execute qualitative and quantitative analyses to test hypotheses.
• Synthesize findings, develop recommendations, and communicate results to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute thought leadership, business development, internal firm activities, and coaching for junior team members.

Requirements

• MBA with a bachelor's degree and often a graduate degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology, physical or life sciences, engineering, applied mathematics, statistics, or a related field; alternatively, a relevant PhD or 5–8 years of relevant experience in lieu of an MBA or PhD.
• Up to 3 years of post-MBA relevant experience and 3–5 years of pre-MBA experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, synthesis, communication, attention to detail, and client service skills.
• Ability and motivation to lead and manage teams, with a collaborative and innovative approach.
• Fluency in English and authorization to work in the intended country of employment are required.
