Location: Cambridge, United Kingdom. Hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client locations or hirify.global offices. Client-facing work requires travel as needed.

What you will do

• Develop structured solutions to client business problems using problem-solving frameworks.
• Conduct market and desk research to generate insights and support client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Microsoft Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize findings and communicate recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions and own assigned project deliverables.

Requirements

• Be entering the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in an analytical or quantitative discipline, with strong academic performance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, organization, self-discipline, and initiative.
• Empathy, adaptability, emotional intelligence, teamwork, and a problem-solving approach.
• Fluent English required.
• Must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for the United Kingdom.
