Business Planning Analyst (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Align sales demand and operational supply across a 21-month planning horizon.
• Analyse demand, capacity, feasible sales gaps, inventory projections, forecasts, plans, and actuals.
• Identify supply chain root causes and drive actions to close delivery, capacity, and inventory gaps.
• Lead monthly S&OP cycles, create loading scenarios for internal and external factories, and execute agreed operating-plan targets.
• Manage safety stock, pre-build targets, capacity models, and critical supply chain parameters in planning systems.
• Coordinate operational reviews and provide management summaries to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, demand planning, supply planning, or operations planning.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP/BW, o9, or similar supply chain planning systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, influencing, consulting, and relationship-management skills.
