Decision Analytics Associate (Data Analytics)

Location: Frankfurt, Germany; hybrid working model with work from home and on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices

Salary: $65,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop and apply advanced statistical models to address dynamic business issues.
• Use data and analytical techniques to support client and project-team decision-making.
• Analyze client needs with R, Tableau, SAS, Visual Basic, and Excel.
• Synthesize and communicate analytical results to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams to implement solutions.
• Take responsibility for project deliverables and client-facing work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in any discipline with strong quantitative and analytical coursework, such as statistics, data science, econometrics, engineering, operations research, applied mathematics, or management science.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language or analytical tool such as R, SAS, Tableau, or VBA.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, self-discipline, initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability and willingness to work collaboratively with clients and project teams.
• Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for Germany.
