Product Technical Marketing Engineer

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional engineering programs for product subsystems or service offerings.
• Manage moderate- to high-complexity projects, including schedules, budgets, resources, logistics, and critical deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, contract manufacturing teams, and external development partners.
• Lead the deployment, launch, and continuous improvement of new technologies and process automation.
• Track milestones, bugs, risks, escalations, and program progress, reporting options and recommendations to stakeholders and executive management.
• Mentor less-experienced staff and support product, process, and program changes.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools, people management, or a related field; an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience may also qualify.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum, Kanban, project management, project planning, risk management, software development, and new product development.
• Experience with automation, process improvement, change management, continuous improvement, and JIRA.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
