What you will do
- Coordinate and arrange domestic shipments to meet customer delivery commitments and service-level targets.
- Track shipments and communicate statuses, delays, and delivery issues to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate transportation records in company systems.
- Work with carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to resolve routine logistics issues.
- Identify process improvements that enhance service performance, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Follow transportation, quality, safety, and operational procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related business concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
- Clear communication with team members, carriers, warehouse personnel, and internal stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Internship, co-op, or classroom project experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or operations.
