Store Manager (pandamart)

Location: Singapore; onsite store-based role

What you will do

• Manage daily operations of a PandaMart store and execute the store business plan to optimize sales and profits.
• Coordinate end-to-end inventory processes, including inbound management, stock handling, storage, stock takes, and order dispatch.
• Implement and refine SOPs, company policies, procedures, and work standards to improve operational efficiency.
• Supervise, hire, train, counsel, and appraise warehouse staff while scheduling manpower resources.
• Manage store performance against SLAs and KPIs and ensure compliance with HR, regulatory, and workplace safety requirements.
• Coordinate periodic facility maintenance and escalate malfunctions to the Realty Facility Manager.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse management or retail store management.
• In-depth knowledge of operations and customer experience principles, including supply chain, customer service, JIT, or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of local industry legislation and performance or operational metrics.
• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems or Inventory Management Systems.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently, and equipped with strong communication and people skills.
