Senior Buyer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Execute purchase requisitions and purchase orders for wafers, materials, goods, and services.
• Monitor, expedite, and coordinate supplier deliveries across the APAC supply chain.
• Lead sourcing activities and negotiate supplier costs, terms, and contracts.
• Drive cost reduction, cost avoidance, and total cost of ownership initiatives.
• Manage supplier performance through reviews, scorecards, and corrective actions.
• Support new product introduction procurement, spend analysis, purchasing compliance, and cross-functional coordination.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of relevant experience in supply chain or purchasing, preferably in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
• Degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or an equivalent discipline.
• Engineering knowledge of new product introduction and semiconductor production support.
• Experience with contract review, supplier qualification, vendor performance management, and cost improvement.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, ERP systems such as Oracle, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of APAC import/export regulations and trade compliance, with strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
