Material Availability Coordinator

Location: Singapore, Singapore

Develops advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment and provides service operations supporting customer field activities.

What you will do

• Monitor and manage inbound and outbound shipments.
• Support material availability and execution readiness for service orders, upgrades, installations, and relocations.
• Resolve operational disruptions, escalations, and shipment-related issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers.
• Perform proactive stock checks and inventory monitoring.
• Participate in operational meetings and lead stakeholder alignment when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience.
• Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations is preferred.
• SAP ERP knowledge and experience are strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel is required.
• Ability to learn quickly, manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and maintain an accurate, structured approach.
• Effective communication with different stakeholders and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
