Solutions Specialist (Risk Solutions)

What you will do

• Support sales strategies and position risk solutions against competing products.
• Discover prospect requirements, assess product fit, identify solution gaps, and advise on solution architecture.
• Deliver solution presentations, system demonstrations, RFI/RFP responses, and proofs of concept.
• Design end-to-end hardware and software architecture, integrations, and required customizations.
• Develop growth ideas, go-to-market offerings, and bundled solutions across hirify.global products.
• Collaborate with global presales, Product Management, Development, and Professional Services teams.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese presentation and communication skills.
• Conversational English with the ability to read and understand complex topics using AI and other tools.
• 5+ years of relevant presales experience.
• Knowledge of Asset Liability Management, Liquidity Risk Management, Funds Transfer Pricing, Expected Credit Loss, Capital Management, and Stress Testing.
• Knowledge of banking book risk regulations, including IRRBB, LCR, NSFR, and Basel II/III.
• Knowledge of ALM and behavioural model use cases, plus the ability to build creative solutions.
