AI Product Builder

Location: Hybrid in London, with office attendance required 2–3 days per week. Working from abroad is available for up to 120 days per year, subject to having the right to work in the country of choice.

hirify.global is a fintech company building AI Banking, an intelligent conversational experience for managing money through natural-language interactions.

What you will do

• Own customer problems end to end, from identifying opportunities through building, shipping and learning from live outcomes.
• Prototype and create complete customer experiences on an agentic platform using prompts, tools and configuration.
• Design evaluation frameworks that define quality, identify issues and support release decisions.
• Work directly in the codebase, raise pull requests and partner with engineers on deeper technical problems.
• Improve production agent performance by balancing context, conversation cost, latency, model selection and routing.
• Analyze customer conversations and data while accounting for risk, compliance and potential customer harm.

Requirements

• Experience personally building and shipping AI-powered customer experiences.
• Strong product judgment and the ability to identify meaningful customer insights.
• Regular use of coding agents with a clear understanding of their strengths and limitations.
• Experience designing evaluations and explaining how they reveal issues beyond traditional testing.
• Practical understanding of LLM systems, including context management, tool design, prompting, non-determinism, cost and latency trade-offs.
• Ability to work in the codebase, reason about systems and adapt as AI technology evolves.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, fintech, payments or another regulated environment.
• Experience building and operating agentic systems with real users.
• Experience with model routing, context engineering or cost optimization at scale.
• Experience with voice, image-based or other multimodal customer experiences.
• Side projects or open-source contributions.
