TL;DR
Senior or Lead Fullstack Engineer (AI) (React/Vue, Node/PHP/.NET/Java/Go, AWS/GCP): Architecting, building, and evolving complex scalable fullstack applications across modern frontend, backend, and cloud stacks with an accent on AI-assisted engineering, architectural governance, and end-to-end delivery. Focus on designing resilient systems, optimizing frontend, API, and database performance, and mentoring engineers while maintaining security, reliability, and production-grade code quality.
Location: Hybrid work from the Ho Chi Minh City or Da Nang offices; candidates based in Hanoi or Can Tho may work remotely. Working hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.

What you will do
- Architect, build, test, and maintain scalable fullstack applications from database schema design through frontend integration.
- Work across React and Vue frontend stacks and backend technologies including Node.js, PHP, .NET, Java, and Go.
- Design distributed microservices, REST and GraphQL APIs, cloud-native deployments, and high-throughput systems.
- Use AI coding assistants for prototyping, refactoring, and development while auditing output for security, correctness, and performance.
- Evaluate technology trade-offs, establish engineering standards, lead code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Profile and optimize frontend rendering, backend API latency, database queries, and services running on AWS or GCP.
Requirements
- Senior- or lead-level experience delivering fullstack applications across multiple technology stacks.
- Strong architectural judgment and the ability to explain trade-offs involving performance, maintainability, and development velocity.
- Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or Vue and multiple backend languages.
- Daily practical experience with AI coding assistants, including the ability to audit and refactor generated code.
- Operational understanding of AWS or GCP, cloud deployments, debugging, databases, caching, clean code, system design, and security practices.
- Availability for the stated Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM schedule and the Vietnam-based hybrid or remote arrangement.
