What you will do

• Design and implement IT architectures and AI solutions using modern technologies.
• Lead integration and legacy system modernization projects.
• Work closely with clients, including at C-level, to translate business requirements into architectural solutions.
• Contribute to accelerating tech transformation and AI fluency within the team.
• Collaborate with global experts and support digital and AI-driven transformations.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Poland
• 2–3 years of experience in IT: software development, architecture, or tech consulting.
• Higher education in IT, engineering, business, or related field.
• Fluent in both Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
