What you will do

• Source components within commodity strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Support product development through on-time sourcing for new programs.
• Negotiate pricing and build supplier relationships using fact-based analysis.
• Manage procurement deliverables for selected program launches.
• Coordinate purchasing of raw materials, tools, parts, and supplies.
• Investigate supply disruptions with suppliers and cross-functional colleagues, then implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3–7 years of purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience applying analytical skills to supplier negotiations.
• Initiative and ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Electronics industry experience.
• Experience sourcing products in Asia.
