2027 Guardian Summer Intern, Life Product Development (Insurance)

Location: New York, NY. Housing is not provided. The internship runs from May 27, 2027, through August 6, 2027, and requires availability for the full 10 weeks.

Salary: $20.00–$35.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Experience the cross-functional product development process for individual life insurance products.
• Contribute to projects supporting the life product management life cycle.
• Analyze data, facts, and other business information while asking thoughtful questions.
• Learn about Guardian’s product and service offerings, purpose, and operating practices.
• Build relationships with leaders, mentors, team members, and other interns across the organization.

Requirements

• Be a current college junior graduating in May 2028.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Show a consumer-focused mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
• Be able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment-based sponsorship now or in the future.
