Salary: $162,900–$271,500 annual base salary, plus a 20% bonus target and eligibility for a share-based long-term incentive program.

What you will do

  • Own assigned patient cases from HUB enrollment through prescription fulfillment and post-fill follow-up.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers on reimbursement, coverage, access requirements, and available support programs.
  • Conduct benefits investigation and verification, prior authorization and appeals support, prescription triage, and coverage communication.
  • Coordinate baseline assessments, patient appointments, vouchers, Interim Care programs, copay support, and specialty pharmacy logistics.
  • Maintain accurate case documentation in Polaris and coordinate securely with HUB partners, vendors, payers, providers, and hirify.global colleagues.
  • Report adverse events, protect patient confidentiality, and follow applicable compliance and communication requirements.

Requirements

  • Permanent U.S. work authorization is required; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of pharmaceutical or related customer-facing experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience as an FRM, PAC, FAS, or in a similar access and reimbursement role using Polaris.
  • Experience with benefits investigation and verification, prior authorization and appeals, copay programs, vouchers, and Interim Care or free-care programs.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent cases, communicate directly with patients and providers, and meet adverse event reporting obligations.
  • Strong knowledge of reimbursement, government payment systems, specialty pharmacy networks, specialty medications, and patient access journeys.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with a HUB and coordinating with third-party assessment, testing, or specialty pharmacy vendors.
  • Experience with Kiteworks, DocuSign, copay portals, PBM benefits, and major medical coverage pathways.
  • Experience supporting Interim Care, free-goods, or bridge programs.
