Field Reimbursement Manager, Allergy-ENT - Boston North (Biopharma)

Location: US (Remote); Boston North territory covering Manchester, NH and Portland, ME. Approximately 50% travel within the assigned geography is required. US and Puerto Rico residents only.

Salary: $122,250–$176,583.33 annually.

What you will do

• Serve as the field subject matter expert on patient access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and alternative funding.
• Support Dupixent MyWay patient support services and collaborate with Sales, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Educate healthcare provider office personnel on reimbursement support, appeals, free-drug programs, and financial assistance.
• Develop and implement geographic business plans to improve access to Dupixent.
• Build relationships with payers, specialty pharmacies, healthcare providers, state societies, associations, and advocacy groups.
• Conduct healthcare provider office visits, resolve escalated access issues, and improve patient pull-through compliantly.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• At least 5 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated cross-functional teamwork in a matrix and co-promote environment.
• Strategic thinking, analytical ability, communication skills, conflict management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel to meetings, training, programs, and healthcare provider offices; approximately 50% travel is expected.
• Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, required fleet safety training, and compliance with applicable policies and regulations.

Nice to have

• Experience with specialty biologics, pharmacy benefit reimbursement and access, specialty pharmacy, or Market Access.
