Training and Enablement Specialist (AI)

Location: San Diego, United States; hybrid. Must be based in San Diego and willing to travel.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year.

What you will do

• Lead live AI training sessions and hands-on workshops for client audiences ranging from executive leadership to front-line staff.
• Manage session preparation, materials, timing, delivery, and follow-up across client engagements.
• Build Cadre’s standalone, sellable training products and define repeatable, scalable training offers.
• Design and refine curricula, templates, run-of-show documents, and delivery playbooks.
• Apply adult learning and skill transfer principles to improve behavior change and adoption.
• Capture questions, prompts, and participant feedback and use them to improve future training content.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience designing and delivering corporate training or enablement programs.
• Experience facilitating live sessions for senior or executive audiences.
• Working knowledge of adult learning and skill transfer principles, such as action mapping or Kirkpatrick.
• Experience building or contributing to a training curriculum, workshop series, or certification product.
• Experience using AI tools, especially Claude, both as a training subject and for preparing sessions and creating assets.
• Strong verbal and written communication, comfort with ClickUp or similar tools, a systems-building mindset, and willingness to travel.

Nice to have

• Experience working with technical or strategic AI concepts.
• Experience helping define a new training playbook or product in an ambiguous environment.
