Product Operations Specialist (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, Florida; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Support product implementation and ongoing operational maintenance for assigned healthcare products and service areas.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and drive operational activities, strategic planning, and business initiatives.
• Track performance, analyze trends, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve complex escalations.
• Build reporting tools and presentations for senior leaders, vendors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Manage projects, including implementations for delegated functions, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Ensure member and stakeholder communications include accurate information, talking points, and FAQs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or supporting projects, product management, benefits, marketing and sales, strategic planning, project management, data analysis, or process improvement.
• Experience in healthcare, benefits, regulatory or government affairs, vendor management, healthcare customer service, or related areas.
• U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Experience with Excel, Power BI, and Co-Pilot is preferred.
• Experience with long-term care and Medicaid is preferred.
