Commercial Ops Analyst (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid role in Lake Zurich, Illinois; onsite work required three days per week.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Prepare, revise, and administer customer contracts, amendments, notices, price letters, and quotes.
• Coordinate non-standard contract terms and customer redline requests with Commercial, Finance, and Legal teams.
• Administer customer-specific pricing, resolve pricing disputes, and maintain contract records, approvals, amendments, rebates, and manual billings.
• Monitor contract expirations, deadlines, payment conditions, rebates, administrative fees, and annual price increases.
• Maintain contractual pricing, payment terms, surcharges, discounts, freight, and minimum-order conditions in the medical device ERP system.
• Process hardware orders and returns, prepare management reports, and support Commercial Operations process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• At least three years of experience developing customer contracts and administering customer pricing in an enterprise application environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Working knowledge of SAP or another enterprise system, including pricing-related master data; intermediate MS Word and Excel skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and management levels in a deadline-driven environment.
• Effective spoken and written English is required for understanding policies, procedures, training materials, and workplace communications.
