Operations Support Laboratory Technician (Sample Milling)

What you will do

• Track the receipt, storage, use, expiration, disposal, return, and archiving of test materials using appropriate software.
• Receive materials, create IDs, log them into systems, and store them appropriately.
• Transfer materials between departments, manage check-in and check-out, and maintain required paperwork.
• Return, dispose of, or archive materials when studies are finalized.
• Follow SOPs, Good Laboratory Practices, CGMP, and applicable USDA, DOT, EPA, OSHA, FDA, and other regulations.
• Perform routine balance calibration and assist with unloading trucks and storing materials.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work indefinitely in the United States without restriction or sponsorship is required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, adaptability, and self-motivation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, learn new techniques, multitask, maintain accurate records, and follow instructions.
• College laboratory coursework or familiarity with a laboratory environment is preferred.
