Sample Registration Support Specialist - Data Entry - Environment Testing (Laboratory Data Entry)

Location: Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA; onsite, Tuesday–Saturday, 4:00 p.m.–12:30 a.m. Training takes place Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.

Salary: USD 17.75–19.53 per hour, plus a 10% second-shift differential.

What you will do

• Interpret client analytical requirements and enter sample information into the computer system.
• Coordinate client projects between project managers and Sample Registration.
• Deliver rush samples to the appropriate technical centers and unpack sample kits and coolers.
• Maintain client files, including quotes, purchase orders, bottle orders, and sample activity records.
• Handle department information calls and assist with labeling, filing, and other operational tasks.
• Follow GMP/GLP, standard operating procedures, and laboratory safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Computer skills, including data entry, with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and remain productive during high sample volumes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; one or more years of related laboratory experience is preferred.
