Service Engineer for SVC-IND Team

Location: Bangkok, Thailand; periodic travel and stays upcountry and overseas are required.

What you will do

• Provide after-sales service, technical support, troubleshooting, and customer consultations.
• Install, commission, calibrate, repair, and provide application support for company products and equipment.
• Deliver customer training and recommend suitable product and application solutions.
• Perform engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
• Expand spare-parts and service business while managing projects, service contracts, and customer relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• Good command of English and strong public-speaking capability.
• Valid driving license and ability to drive.
• Ability to use computers, especially Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, energetic, disciplined, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to travel and stay periodically in other parts of the country and overseas.
