What you will do

• Drive technical problem resolution and process execution to meet production targets and customer quality expectations.
• Take short- and long-term corrective action for equipment and tooling failures.
• Prepare equipment preventive-maintenance and calibration documentation, provide training, and maintain production process controls.
• Evaluate, select, and order cost-effective equipment and spare parts for manufacturing.
• Oversee the installation, modification, upgrade, and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
• Study equipment performance and reliability, develop uptime-improvement programs, and provide technical support to equipment repair and process engineering teams.

Requirements

• Experience supporting manufacturing equipment and production processes.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and tooling failures and implement corrective actions.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, equipment calibration, process control, and reliability improvement.
• Ability to prepare technical documentation, maintenance schedules, and equipment records.
• Ability to provide technical support and training to manufacturing and process engineering organizations.
