Engineer Sr, Mfg Process Sustaining (Electrical)

What you will do

• Provide technical support for electrical systems, manufacturing equipment, control panels, and industrial automation.
• Troubleshoot complex electrical, electronic, control, and equipment-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support equipment installation, setup, qualification, and release to production.
• Improve equipment reliability, uptime, safety, energy efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
• Lead or support electrical upgrades, equipment modifications, automation improvements, commissioning, and change-control activities.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, engineering, facilities, EHS, quality teams, suppliers, and contractors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in electrical engineering, equipment engineering, automation, or manufacturing support.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, motors, sensors, power supplies, PLCs, and industrial automation.
• Ability to read and develop electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, technical specifications, and equipment documentation.
• Experience with equipment installation, qualification, preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and engineering change control.
• Good command of written and spoken English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in optical, photonic, semiconductor, electronics, or other high-technology manufacturing.
• Experience with safety and risk management, project execution, and data-driven problem-solving.
