Construction Services Project Manager

Location: 4120 Freidrich Ln, Austin, TX 78744, USA; onsite field and project-site responsibilities.

Salary: USD 90,000–115,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage construction, geotechnical earthwork, special inspection, and materials testing projects.
• Control project budgets and coordinate with clients, design professionals, and project teams.
• Oversee field activities, field technicians, inspectors, and laboratory operations.
• Visit project sites to evaluate work being performed.
• Review project paperwork and troubleshoot project-related issues.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction materials testing and inspection experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience in materials testing and inspection.
• Experience preparing proposals, including materials quantity take-offs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• B.S., B.A., or M.S. in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Local experience and familiarity with local codes and practices are preferred.
