Simulator Instructor/Ground School Instructor (Aviation)

What you will do

• Deliver classroom, ground school, systems, and in-simulator pilot training according to approved qualifications.
• Conduct quality pre-flight and post-flight briefings.
• Monitor compliance with instructor authorizations and qualifications.
• Recommend improvements to curricula and courseware to enhance the client experience.
• Complete paper and electronic training records accurately and on time.
• Support the Lead and perform additional duties assigned by the Training Manager.

Requirements

• Hold or have held an Air Transport License or equivalent certificate; FAA credentials are preferred.
• Hold or have held a relevant type rating with operational experience or an equivalent qualification.
• Have at least 1,500 hours of total multi-pilot flight time.
• Previous instructor experience and a training or operations career in aviation acceptable to regulatory authorities.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, written communication, computer, and customer-orientation skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced 24/7 environment and adapt to change.
