Autonomous Vehicle Validation Training Manager (AV)

What you will do

• Lead the Singapore AV validation training program from cohort planning and logistics through certification outcomes.
• Adapt and deliver training covering AV systems, public-road autonomous driving, off-nominal responses, and public interaction scenarios.
• Manage facilities, closed-course scheduling, equipment readiness, defensive-driving providers, and other training partnerships.
• Manage and develop Safety Driver Instructors, including defining instructor assessment and certification standards.
• Track driver enrollment, assessments, certifications, progress, pass rates, and graduation dates across internal and partner LMS platforms.
• Maintain alignment with global training standards, AV partner requirements, LTA certification requirements, and operational safety feedback.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or 3A driving licence and a clean, acceptable driving record are required.
• At least five years of experience managing an ongoing training program in a driving, fleet, or similarly regulated operational environment.
• Experience managing and developing instructors or trainers, including evaluating readiness to train others.
• Experience managing external training partnerships, vendors, contracts, driving schools, or circuit providers.
• Experience managing training data and reporting, including throughput, pass rates, and LMS records.
• Must be able and eligible to travel internationally for up to eight weeks for AV training and certification.

Nice to have

• Valid TDVL or PDVL, or previous experience as a professional driver or commercial fleet operator in Singapore.
• Experience designing locally adapted content and assessments within a global curriculum framework.
• Exposure to autonomous-vehicle technology, ADAS systems, or vehicle telematics.
