Engineer - Cyber IAM (Cybersecurity)

Location: Orange, Connecticut, United States; onsite office work with occasional travel to other locations

Salary: $96,400–$120,500 annually

What you will do

• Provide strategic leadership and operational support for Identity and Access Management and Service Management processes.
• Advance IAM compliance initiatives across hirify.global Networks.
• Support secure and efficient management of IAM and Service Management systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement in digital identity processes.
• Support cybersecurity, Critical Infrastructure Protection, and applicable NERC compliance responsibilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; equivalent combinations of education and experience are accepted.
• Experience with IAM and Service Management in regulated industries.
• Experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, or similar access management platforms.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Strong project and program management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Knowledge of Gantt charts and Smartsheet.
• Broad business perspective and experience building cross-functional relationships.
