Staff Software Engineer - Cybersecurity

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for cybersecurity strategy, software development, integration decisions, and security architecture.
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of secure solutions supporting Vulnerability Management initiatives.
• Develop automation, conduct advanced research, and create proofs of concept to improve security capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Design and maintain cybersecurity architectures, policies, procedures, and scalable distributed systems.
• Advise developers, infrastructure teams, and product engineers on secure design and implementation.
• Mentor engineers and communicate the business value, resilience, and operational impact of security measures.

Requirements

• Full-stack software development and DevSecOps experience in hybrid environments using AWS, Azure, and on-premises infrastructure.
• Cybersecurity experience, preferably in Vulnerability Management Engineering.
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, Python, or C#, plus a scripting language.
• Experience building large-scale, data-intensive distributed systems and designing reliable, scalable architectures.
• Fluency in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and infrastructure as code, plus experience with application performance monitoring.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 4+ years in architecture and design as a technical lead; a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
