Global Trade Project Analyst III (Import/Export)

What you will do

• Lead global trade and ERP-related projects from scope definition through implementation and stabilization.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into process flows, functional specifications, and system designs for Oracle Global Trade Management, Customs Management, and related ERP platforms.
• Coordinate system configuration, testing, user acceptance testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities with Global Trade, IT, and external partners.
• Analyze import/export transactions and large datasets to identify compliance gaps, root causes, automation opportunities, and process efficiencies.
• Develop SOPs, training materials, dashboards, metrics, and analytical reports; support end-user training and change management.
• Provide subject-matter guidance to junior analysts and support audits, regulatory inquiries, and advanced trade compliance activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in global trade compliance, import/export operations, ERP systems, or project-based roles.
• Advanced knowledge of global logistics, customs regulations, INCOTERMS, trade compliance, import/export documentation, and Dangerous Goods Regulations.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Global Trade Management or a comparable Global Trade Management system.
• Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders, risks, testing activities, and priorities in a matrixed environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and root-cause analysis skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Visio, Smartsheet, JIRA, or similar tools.
• Ability to write SQL queries and develop or maintain macros for analytics and reporting.
• Experience mentoring less-experienced team members and working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
