Strategic Project Manager (Quick-Commerce)

What you will do

• Lead quick-commerce projects and transformation initiatives from initiation through implementation.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Track milestones and ensure delivery stays on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues.
• Create project documentation, communication plans, readouts, and status updates.
• Partner with CX and Service Operations stakeholders and the broader organization.

Requirements

• Proven ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from inception to completion.
• Strong resource, timeline, budget, and priority-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to prepare clear presentations, readouts, and communication plans.
• Results-driven, proactive, decisive, and adaptable approach to resolving issues and meeting deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder-management and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Understanding of change-management principles and methodologies.
