Senior/Clinical Project Manager

What you will do

• Lead the delivery and management of clinical studies in accordance with contracts, SOPs, policies, and quality standards.
• Develop integrated study management plans and coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, contingencies, scope changes, and corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage customer relationships, stakeholder communications, bid defense presentations, and vendor activities.
• Oversee project financial performance, identify opportunities to accelerate delivery, and support revenue forecasting.
• Mentor less experienced project team members and contribute to lessons learned, best practices, and change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including more than 1 year of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Knowledge of clinical trial conduct, ICH GCP, and applicable local laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, problem-solving, leadership, planning, prioritization, and collaboration skills.
• Good command of English and the ability to work across geographies with awareness of cultural differences.
• Experience with project financials, contractual obligations, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
