Senior Consultant, Client Solutions (FinTech)

What you will do

• Develop expertise in hirify.global products, client workflows, and the financial services industry.
• Build trusted relationships with investment banks, asset owners, asset managers, and wealth managers.
• Identify opportunities to improve client workflows, technology usage, adoption, engagement, and overall experience.
• Own client initiatives and coordinate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Manage client issues from identification through resolution and share feedback to improve products and services.
• Identify commercial opportunities that support client retention and growth while contributing to team development.

Requirements

• Australian citizenship, Australian permanent residency, or New Zealand citizenship.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial services, technology, client service, consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree; Finance, Economics, or Accounting majors are preferred, though all majors are considered.
• Interest in technology and its application in finance.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, relationship-building, collaboration, and proactive working skills.
