What you will do
- Validate, input, and maintain payroll data for accurate and timely processing.
- Prepare payroll submissions for banks and entries into financial systems, including manual payments when required.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, analytics, and data collections.
- Maintain payroll documentation and records management systems.
- Respond to payroll inquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
- Support audits, tax-related payroll activities, compliance requirements, stakeholder relationships, and process improvements.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in payroll administration, payroll operations, or a related function.
- Experience processing payroll data and supporting reconciliations and reporting.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance requirements, policies, and procedures.
- Experience with spreadsheets, databases, and payroll systems.
- Ability to analyze data, identify issues, recommend solutions, and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service, stakeholder management, organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting audits and payroll-related tax activities.
- Knowledge of payroll management, tax preparation, auditing, action planning, and data analysis.
