Associate Training & Communication Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Design and develop data literacy, AI literacy, analytics, governance, and modernization training.
• Create e-learning modules, written resources, narrated presentations, instructional videos, instructor-led materials, exercises, and knowledge checks.
• Translate technical and program information into clear content for non-technical professional audiences.
• Develop communications materials supporting data governance, analytics modernization, AI, automation, and new data platforms.
• Administer and maintain learning management system and SharePoint content, source files, templates, and training libraries.
• Pilot learning products, collect feedback, revise materials, and support training delivery and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Experience developing training, instructional content, or e-learning for adult professional audiences.
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, or equivalent platforms.
• Understanding of adult learning principles, andragogical instructional design, and competency-based learning.
• Experience creating written, visual, interactive, multimedia, user-guide, job-aid, or quick-reference materials.
• Strong writing, editing, verbal communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Active Secret clearance and the ability to collaborate with technical teams, subject matter experts, analysts, and government stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SharePoint, learning management systems, digital training platforms, or competency-based learning frameworks.
• Experience developing data literacy, AI literacy, analytics, data governance, business intelligence, or technology modernization training.
• Familiarity with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power Platform, AI-enabled Microsoft technologies, or Section 508 accessibility.
• Experience with instructional videos, assessments, facilitator guides, stakeholder engagement, or government and education environments.
