Senior Product Analyst (Laboratory Informatics)

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between laboratory users, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements for laboratory informatics solutions.
• Analyze laboratory workflows and translate business needs into system configurations and functional requirements.
• Lead onboarding and migration activities for laboratory users and instrument groups.
• Support integrations through requirements documentation, data mapping, and validation considerations.
• Define and support UAT and regression testing, application support, user training, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Application Specialist working with laboratory or scientific software.
• Experience with chromatography data systems or similar laboratory informatics platforms and scientific data management in pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
• Strong understanding of GxP principles, computerized systems validation, audit trails, and controlled environments.
• Experience with requirements gathering, workshops, software implementations, migrations, integrations, data mapping, and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience supporting UAT and regression testing, with strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agilent OpenLAB CDS, Jira, Xray, Vera, or ServiceNow.
• Experience creating training materials and delivering end-user training.
• Familiarity with laboratory quality systems and scientific instrument software.
• Experience in Agile or global project environments.
