Senior Business Analyst (Insurance)

What you will do

• Provide strategic business analysis and IT consulting services for insurance projects.
• Organize business analysis activities at the outset of projects.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Design interfaces and apply UX competencies.
• Use UML and BPMN to model business processes and requirements.
• Communicate directly with customers and present and justify technical decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a business analyst.
• Experience in the insurance domain.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted tools.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile principles and methodologies.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
