PLM Administrator (Teamcenter/NX)

Location: 100% onsite at the El Segundo, California headquarters

Salary: $100,500–$142,800 annual base salary, plus equity

hirify.global is a startup developing mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors for hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases.

What you will do

• Administer Teamcenter users, groups, roles, permissions, accounts, and organizational structures.
• Support engineering users with item and BOM issues, workflows, revisions, releases, and data cleanup.
• Deploy, patch, upgrade, and validate NX and Teamcenter clients across engineering workstations.
• Develop and maintain the NX CAD environment, including templates, customization files, role-based configurations, Check-Mate rules, and default settings.
• Maintain standardized part families, drawing templates, reusable component libraries, and organization-wide CAD and PLM data standards.
• Document procedures, train users, troubleshoot licenses, coordinate vendors, and grow into deeper platform ownership under the PLM Architect.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another STEM discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or engineering support.
• Experience with a PLM, PDM, or CAD environment such as Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, or SolidWorks PDM.
• Comfort with Windows administration, scripting, requirements gathering, and supporting engineering users.
• Willingness to work 100% onsite at the El Segundo headquarters and extended hours or weekends when necessary.
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn the platform deeply.

Nice to have

• Hands-on NX experience as a user, designer, or drafter.
• Teamcenter administration experience, including BMIDE, workflow design, or multi-tier environments.
• Design, drafting, or manufacturing experience transitioning toward systems administration.
• SQL experience for reporting and data investigation.
• Experience in ITAR, EAR, or 10 CFR 810 controlled environments.
