Windchill/Teamcenter Specialist (PLM)

Location: 100% remote within the United States. U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates may apply; new H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually.

What you will do

• Operate and own the technical performance of PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter PLM platforms in large enterprise environments.
• Install, configure, upgrade, migrate, and performance-tune PLM environments.
• Manage PLM integrations, brokers, middleware, and CAD integration patterns.
• Operate high-availability and disaster-recovery capabilities for PLM systems.
• Partner with functional, engineering, and manufacturing teams to deliver a reliable, performant, and secure PLM ecosystem.
• Apply scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and infrastructure automation to platform operations.

Requirements

• Five or more years of PLM platform administration experience; six or more years of overall experience preferred.
• Production experience with PTC Windchill or Siemens Teamcenter; experience with both is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with PLM upgrades and migrations.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database administration.
• Strong Linux/Unix administration, scripting, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Nice to have

• Experience operating PLM platforms on AWS, Azure, or OCI.
• Infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD experience for PLM environments.
• PTC or Siemens PLM certifications.
• Experience with CAD integration at scale.
