What you will do

• Lead requirements discovery sessions with HR Centers of Excellence and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Translate business objectives into actionable requirements aligned with Workday capabilities and enterprise standards.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
• Act as a liaison between HR COEs and GIS, validating the feasibility of proposed Workday solutions.
• Identify Workday enhancement opportunities that improve employee experience, data integrity, and process efficiency.
• Support testing, release planning, deployment, and functional delivery across HR technology initiatives.

Requirements

• Understanding of employee lifecycle processes, including hire-to-retire, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards.
• Familiarity with Workday reporting tools and capabilities.
• Experience working with HR COEs such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Shared Services.
• Expertise in HR business process analysis and redesign.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
