Talent Sourcer (Fintech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus; hybrid work arrangement

What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for expansion hiring.
• Conduct direct searches for senior and executive-level roles.
• Build talent maps and identify relevant companies and candidate pools in target locations.
• Engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, professional networks, and other sourcing channels.
• Provide insights into talent availability, candidate expectations, competitors, and local hiring challenges.
• Partner with Lead Talent Partners and maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Requirements

• Experience in candidate sourcing or research, ideally for senior or executive-level roles, or equivalent research-intensive experience.
• Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing-tool skills.
• Ability to work across multiple unfamiliar geographies and regulatory contexts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize research into structured candidate profiles.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing in fintech, CFD/FX, or other regulated financial services.
• Experience with Lever, LinkedIn, and similar ATS or tracking tools.
• Experience using AI tools.
