Operations Officer

What you will do

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders, including banks and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulations, SLAs, and MADA branding rules related to POS business.
• Manage merchant onboarding, terminal management, and merchant profiling processes.
• Oversee settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, claims, and dispute requests with banks.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports and maintain accurate records and reports related to POS operations.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely installation and maintenance requests within SLA.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or relevant field
• 1-2 years experience as Operations Officer or Accounts Officer
• Knowledge of banking operations and SAMA regulatory framework
• Strong knowledge of KSA regulatory compliance in financial and payment services
• Proficiency in Terminal Management System (TMS) and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
