Licensed Optician - General Manager (Optical Retail)

What you will do

• Oversee daily store operations, including staffing, inventory, bookkeeping, planning, and policy enforcement.
• Lead, coach, train, and develop associates while recruiting and retaining talent.
• Manage store sales, profitability, budgets, supplies, schedules, and business performance.
• Deliver strong customer and patient experiences in partnership with the Doctor.
• Maintain merchandising, quality, safety, compliance, and service standards through audits and accurate reporting.
• Execute marketing, merchandising, and promotional initiatives according to brand standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of retail experience; supervisory experience is preferred.
• ABO and NCLE certification.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build associate relationships and drive customer service and sales results.
• Solid understanding of store operations and business performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred; optical industry knowledge is preferred.
