hirify.global is developing Seagliders, wing-in-ground-effect electric craft designed to provide fast and sustainable regional transportation between coastal cities, islands, and communities.

What you will do

• Own composite production performance across manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and production, including quality, yield, equipment uptime, and throughput.
• Build and develop shift leads and supervisors while scaling the production organization.
• Convert engineered process fixes into standardized, trained, and auditable work across shifts.
• Run preventive maintenance and reliability programs for autoclaves, ovens, presses, trim equipment, and cure systems.
• Build workforce training paths, certification levels, skills matrices, and station-based training programs.
• Implement control plans, SPC checks, non-conformance processes, and corrective actions in partnership with Advanced Engineering.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in composite manufacturing and leadership of multidisciplinary manufacturing engineering, maintenance, and production organizations.
• Experience managing production through shift leads and supervisors and building scalable leadership structures.
• Experience with maintenance and reliability for composite equipment such as autoclaves, ovens, presses, trim systems, and cure systems.
• Working knowledge of prepreg and wet layup, vacuum bagging, cure, trim, and bonding.
• Experience scaling a workforce through hiring, organizational design, skills development, and production ramp-up.
• Fluency with control plans, SPC, corrective actions, MES, MBOM, routing structures, and production metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience leading a composite production organization through a prototype-to-rate ramp in aerospace, marine, or automotive.
• Experience with ATL, AFP, FPL, robotic trim, CNC, or dojo-style operator training programs.
