Sr. Principal UX Designer

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; hybrid work environment

Salary: USD 136,000–189,000 per year, plus bonus or role-based incentive plan

What you will do

• Define the overarching user experience vision for complex and critical product ecosystems.
• Connect product lines into seamless, unified end-to-end user journeys.
• Architect scalable design systems and interaction paradigms for future business and technology needs.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes, journey maps, and architectural frameworks while maintaining exceptional design quality.
• Partner with senior stakeholders, resolve conflicting priorities, and align design strategy with business objectives.
• Champion research-driven innovation, mentor Lead and Senior designers, and strengthen design critique and learning practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or HCI.
• Experience operating at Principal, Senior Principal, or Distinguished level.
• World-class portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, craft mastery, and enterprise-scale problem solving.
• Strong ability to build consensus with C-suite stakeholders and communicate design value through qualitative research, quantitative data, and market strategy.
• Expertise in synthesizing complex research into actionable design direction, with resilience in ambiguous and matrixed environments.
• Ability to work in the hybrid Irving, Texas role.
