What you will do

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including insertion and removal training.
• Provide product education and patient-focused customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, and conduct weekly customer outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and support operational excellence.
• Manage inventory, merchandising standards, and store organization.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Hold an active dispensing license as required by the state.
• Have 3+ years of related experience or training.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and clear communication skills.
• Have confident selling skills and the ability to meet store goals.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask, professional, and comfortable working with a variety of people.

• Previous retail experience.
