Location: Fort Lewis, WA, United States; onsite retail position

What you will do

• Assist customers with eyeglass and contact lens dispensing, including insertion and removal training.
• Provide product education and customer service while meeting sales goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, and notify customers.
• Support quality and operational standards by reducing remakes and following safety policies.
• Control inventory, maintain merchandising standards, and keep the store organized.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required as applicable under state law.
• 3+ years of related experience or training required.
• Strong customer service, communication, sales, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional and comfortable working with a variety of customers.
