What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses, including training customers in contact lens insertion and removal.
• Provide patient care, product education, and high-quality customer service.
• Meet sales goals and support store performance and company objectives.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, and conduct weekly customer outreach.
• Control inventory, maintain merchandising standards, and keep the store clean and organized.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards, and mentor apprentice opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required as determined by state law.
• 3+ years of related experience or training required.
• Strong customer service, communication, sales, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable working with a variety of people.

• Previous retail experience.
