What you will do

• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and train customers in contact lens insertion and removal.
• Educate customers on products and provide patient-focused service while meeting store sales goals.
• Maintain accurate patient records, manage order follow-up, and contact customers through weekly outreach.
• Reduce remakes, follow safety standards and company policies, and support operational quality.
• Manage inventory, merchandising standards, and a clean, organized store environment.
• Mentor Apprentice Opticians as permitted by law.

Requirements

• Active dispensing license required by the applicable state.
• At least 3 years of related experience or training required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and selling skills.
• Ability to meet store goals, multitask, and maintain attention to detail in a busy retail setting.
• Professional, friendly communication with a variety of customers.

• Previous retail experience.
